This policy explains what personal information Your Energetic Chart collects, how it’s used, and how you can control it.

When you order a reading, we collect the information needed to generate it and get it to you: your first name, email address, birth date, birth time, and birth location. If you order for someone else, we also collect their birth details, but send the reading to your email.
How we use your information
- To generate your personalized Human Design reading.
- To deliver your reading and related order confirmations by email.
- To process payment securely through Stripe (we do not store your card details ourselves).
- To respond if you contact us for support.
What we don’t do
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your birth data for anything beyond generating and delivering your reading, unless you separately opt in to receive additional emails from us.
Third-party services
We rely on trusted third-party services to run this business, including Stripe for payment processing and an email delivery provider to send your reading and transactional emails. These providers process your data under their own privacy and security terms.
Data retention
We retain order and birth-detail records for as long as needed to deliver your reading, handle support requests, and meet our accounting and legal obligations, after which we delete or anonymize the data.
Your rights
