Answers to the questions we hear most, about the reading itself, pricing, delivery, and how we handle your information.
What is Human Design?
Human Design is a self-reflection framework that combines elements of astrology, the I Ching, the chakra system, and the Kabbalistic Tree of Life to map your energetic wiring based on your birth date, time, and location. It is best approached as a personal experiment, not a scientifically validated diagnostic tool.
What’s included in the $8 Basic Reading?
Your personalized BodyGraph, Type, Strategy, Authority, Profile (with explanation), Definition, Incarnation Cross, and Defined & Open Centers, delivered as a designed 10–12 page PDF.
Why does my exact birth time matter?
Your birth time determines the precise positions used to calculate your BodyGraph, so even a few minutes can shift which Centers and Gates are defined. If you don’t know your exact time, contact us before ordering so we can guide you on the best way to proceed.
How and when will I receive my reading?
By email, as a designed PDF, typically within about an hour of your order.
Can I order a reading for someone else?
Yes. Enter their birth details in the order form and use your own email address to receive it, then share it with them yourself.
What is your refund policy?
Because each reading is generated specifically for the birth details you submit, orders are non-refundable once your reading has been delivered. If you entered incorrect birth details or something went wrong with your order, contact us right away and we’ll help.
Is this a substitute for professional advice?
No. This reading is a tool for self-reflection and personal growth, not medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice.
How do you handle my birth data and personal information?
We only use your details to generate and deliver your reading and never sell your information. Full details are in our Privacy Policy and Terms & Refund Policy.
