About our readings
Your Energetic Chart provides personalized Human Design readings for self-reflection and entertainment purposes. Human Design is not a scientifically validated diagnostic method, and our readings are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Please consult a qualified professional for those needs.
Orders and pricing
The reading is a flat $8, charged as a one-time payment. No subscription is created.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Delivery
Readings are generated based on the birth details you submit and delivered by email as a PDF, typically within about an hour of your order. It is your responsibility to provide accurate birth details and a valid email address; we are not responsible for a reading generated from incorrect information you submitted, though we’re happy to help if you contact us promptly.
Refund policy
Because each reading is generated specifically for the birth details you provide, completed orders are non-refundable once your reading has been delivered. If your order was affected by a technical error on our end, or you notice an error in the birth details you submitted before your reading is generated, contact us at hello@yourenergeticchart.com and we will make it right.
Gifting a reading
You may order a reading for someone else by entering their birth details and using your own email address to receive it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to submit false information, attempt to disrupt the service, or resell readings without our permission.
Limitation of liability
Your Energetic Chart provides readings “as is” for self-reflection purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on your reading.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
